There’s both a harshness and beauty in the ongoing discovery of seeing things as they are within ourselves and outside of ourselves. This is the very juice that helps us become who we are and deepens our desire to pour out our lives into the lives of others.

Tamara Ramirez, Spiritual Director

Location: San Antonio, TX (accepts remote directees via zoom)
Contact: Ntramirez@gmail.com, 210-473-7867
Website: https://www.theoverflowlife.com/

In my Spiritual Direction practice, I bring a Christian perspective to create space for my directees (clients) to push past fear, shame, or confusion to deepen their relationship with the Triune God (God the Father, The Holy Spirit, and Jesus Christ the Son). It is my hope that those I meet with find that all of their life relationships are strengthened; God, self, others, and creation.

There seem to be certain times in our lives when we are drawn to tend to our spiritual selves differently. To listen, to explore, to open our hearts more deeply to God or to Life, to what is true within us or maybe, to what is changing. And while that work often goes on quietly and personally—below the surface of things—sometimes we want a human companion: someone who listens to us and with us, reflects back at times what they hear us saying, engages us. Someone who creates a safety deep enough for discovery and disclosure to be possible.
